I’m sorry I’ve to posted on here for a few days been having problems with TalkTalk
Some of you may know that TalkTalk (and the post office) recently had a hacking but completely denied this but if it wasn’t true then why is it over the news.
It’s not just about the hacking really it’s how they have treated s as customers first off messing up the broadband order giving us one date then another until the order went through properly really just this and that.
I telephone TalkTalk on Thursday and Friday got spoken to by a member of staff like a pile of dog dirt on the ground and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told not on premises and that I’ll get a call back in a week or so.
It’s like on the BBC news report about TalkTalk how can they advise users that there is "no need" to change their routers' settings like WTF (sorry for the laungrade)
And also a spokeswoman for TalkTalk said that customers could change their settings "if they wish" but added that she believed there was "no risk to their personal information".
I think it’s disgusting that our personal information is at risk.
So I’ve been looking at broadband, phone and TV deals to see what’s best for us as I’m totally regretting choosing TalkTalk.
What’s you’re broadband etc., etc. provider and have you had any trouble?
If you wish to read up about TalkTalk hack I’ll leave the URL for you.
